What is a serviced apartment?
Serviced apartments are fully furnished apartments that are offered for short or long-term stays and provide hotel-like services. They combine the comfort and amenities of an apartment with the advantages of a hotel.
Typical features of serviced apartments:
- Furnishings: apartments are fully furnished and include furniture, kitchen, laundry facilities, bedding, and all necessary household items.
- housekeeping services: regular cleaning services are usually included, similar to a hotel.
- flexible length of stay: you can rent them for a short time (days or weeks) or long term (months or even years).
- included services: Amenities such as internet, TV, electricity, water
- Location: They are often located in central city locations or near business centers to appeal to business travelers or tourists.

Booking and terms of payment
Do I have to make an advance payment?
An advance payment is always required to book an apartment. The amount of your advance payment depends on the length of your stay and the rate you have chosen. (Smart / Flex)
What payment options are available?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or by bank transfer.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Our cancellation policy depends on the rate you have chosen. There are two different rates: 1. Smart rates - cannot be canceled after booking 2. Flex rates - can be canceled up to a few days before arrival, depending on the length of stay. After that, we will charge a cancellation fee.
Check-in, check-out and extension
Can I extend my stay?
Just check the availability of your apartment or give us a call.
What time can I check in?
You will receive your access data by email on the day of arrival. This will allow you to check into your apartment conveniently from 3 pm. You will receive detailed information by e-mail at check-in.
What time can I check out?
As a rule, your apartment must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.
Stay and services
How do I contact my host?
You will receive the telephone number of your host together with your booking confirmation. Our team is available by phone from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
What services are included in my booking?
ComfyNest offers you a free washing machine with initial equipment, a cleaning service and, on request, a baby kit for the little ones. We make sure that your apartment is spotlessly clean and that you have fresh towels and bed linen regularly. Cleaning is included once a week, but you are welcome to book an additional service. The baby kit includes a crib, high chair and crockery.
How often are the apartments cleaned?
All our apartments are cleaned weekly.
Where can I find parking?
Some houses have their own underground garages or designated parking spaces for our guests. If this is not the case, your host will be happy to help you.
